The 5G services have been launched in Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh), Imphal (Manipur), Shillong (Meghalaya), Aizawl (Mizoram), Kohima and Dimapur (Nagaland) and Agartala (Tripura). The company said that the 5G rollout in the North-East circle “is testimony to Jio’s commitment towards the development of the circle.” The telecom giant also said that Jio True 5G services will be made available in every town and taluka of the North-Eastern states by December 2023.
